Field Operations Scout

The Role

As a Field Operations Scout, you will be the face of Agila Metals on the ground. You won’t just be riding; you will be identifying opportunities and building our supply network.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Market Mapping: Travel across assigned areas to identify and profile potential supply partners.
• Data Gathering: Observe and report on local market trends and service availability.
• Relationship Building: Engage with local business owners to introduce our growing platform and establish long-term partnerships.
• Strategic Scouting: Help us expand our network by finding the best sourcing locations to optimize our operations.

Requirements

• Transport: Must have your own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.
• Communication: Confident in talking to various business owners and introducing new services.
• Mindset: “Street smart,” observant, and able to work independently in the field.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Grab, Lalamove, or Field Sales rider is a significant advantage.
